Zach has spent over a decade at the intersection of residential real estate and technology.

Before joining Vesta, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Residential Technologies, Inc. a vertical SaaS platform for enterprise residential portfolio management. Prior to that, he was the Head of Asset Management and Business Development at Roofstock, a leading Single-Family Rental PropTech company. Before Roofstock, Zach was an early employee at Pretium Partners, the Private Equity fund behind Progress Residential. There, he developed early property management, asset management and portfolio management workflows and reporting.
